🚀 How to Get Started
1. Submit Your Documents
Ensure all required documents (ID, license, vehicle details) are submitted through the profile page. We'll verify them promptly.
2. Wait for Verification
Hang tight while we verify your documents. This usually takes a short time, and we'll notify you once you're good to go.
3. Go Online
To start receiving service requests, toggle your status to "Online" when you're ready to accept rides. Make sure you're at a location where you can efficiently respond to requests.
📲 How to Accept a Service Request
1. New Request Notification
When a customer nearby needs assistance, you'll receive a notification. Accept or decline based on your availability.
2. Check Pickup Location
Once accepted, check the pickup location. The app will guide you there via GPS.
3. Customer Drop-off
Drive the customer to the specified drop-off location. Confirm the end of the service in the app.
👤 Managing Your Profile
1. Keeping Your Information Updated
Regularly check and update your profile details, including vehicle information. This helps in providing accurate services.
2. Maintaining Ratings
Deliver excellent service to keep positive ratings. High ratings increase your chances of receiving more service requests.
💳 Payments
Card rides: Customer pays online. You get your share directly in your wallet.
Cash rides: You collect the full amount, and SHLNY adjusts its commission later from your wallet.
💰 Commissions
SHLNY deducts a small commission per ride. This is automatically handled within the app.
❌ Cancellations
What happens if a customer cancels? Cancellation rules depend on timing and payment method. In general:
- No penalty if early.
- Some charges apply if cancelled late.
- After pickup, ride is treated as completed.
🧾 Earnings
- Track your income in the Wallet section of the app.
- Withdraw anytime once your wallet balance exceeds AED 500, or wait for the automatic payout on the 1st of each month.
