Shlny users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request account deletion
To delete your Shlny account, please send an email to:
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include:
- The Google email address used to sign in to Shlny
What happens when you request deletion
Once your request is verified:
- Your account will be permanently deleted
- Your profile information will be removed
- App usage data linked to your account will be deleted
- Stored preferences and account-related data will be erased from our systems
Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes as required by law. This data is securely stored and automatically deleted after a maximum of 30 days.
Processing time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 days of verification.
